Just launched today, Leaflets is a mobile web-based browsing application that allows iPhone web browsing capability. Leaflets are designed to run fast over AT&T's EDGE network and you can use them anywhere, no wi-fi required. Basically, leaflets allows you to places the best online applications on your iPhone with great access and control, very similar to Widgets. It's great to see the amount of progress mobile browsing has made especially since the release of the iPhone.

A Lightning bolt is an electric current which emits radio waves; the proposed system will detect these waves and process it on a cell phone application that will give information if the lightning strikes are nearing.
