As of now emergency departments are still struggling to track cell phone calls so text messages are the next step. The question remains, why 911 text messages? To be honest, it leaves me wondering. If you're in a real life emergency, can you imagine sending an emergency text message about the situation? Not a very practical idea, but it may yet be useful in some situations where subtly is essential. But there are possibilities for more uses. Read More

No we are an information portal (like that’s supposed to mean anything to you) where we write peppy reviews, ideas and observe trends that happen in the broader technological world. It just happens that one of the co-conspirators of WiGab happens to have worked in the telecommunications (synonym for cell phone, mobile phone, PDA phone, Blue tooth earpiece related work) industry for nearly a decade in both sales and management positions. We intend to write about anything wireless and if that includes your toaster, so be it (they have highly advanced toasters nowadays).
