If you have been in a vehicle on the road, you have mostly likely been exposed to "road rage " at one point or another. A shame to humanity, but a not an unlikely occurrence. Road rage is a multi-faceted problem and varies between individuals in how it develops, but the primary factors are the same. Therapists in the United States are trying to get road rage certified as an official mental disorder because the behaviors exhibited can be associated with intermittent explosive disorder intermittent explosive disorder. Even though vehicles are becoming more safe it seems the roads are becoming eve more dangerous. So how does one overcome such aggression in a high paced life? Recently on my way to the gym with a good friend of mine I heard an entire conversation while both of us were waiting at the traffic light. My windows were rolled up. The truck next to me had their windows nearly rolled up too, yet the voice was pretty loud.
