Pros
- Great chat interface makes the iphone more touchable (you like that huh?)
- Quick shortcuts to share videos and links
- Saves messages in case you go offline or get disconnected (which can happen often using AT&T's EDGE network, yah it sucks but hey they got the iPhone)
Cons
- Only for AIM
